Long Term Care
If you or your loved one can no longer live independently, our skilled nursing center offers medically supervised long-term care, from Alzheimer specific care, daily medical management to assistance with activities of daily living. Care is overseen by a licensed physician and an interdisciplinary team of licensed professionals. We strive to maintain a comfortable living environment for our residents with an emphasis on health and wellness.

Our Rehab-to-Home unit also accommodates short-term rehabilitation for illnesses and injuries. And in either case, we can arrange for services such as dental care, optometry and hearing care, podiatry, X-ray and lab work, mental health services, and dialysis. But that’s just the beginning.
